Joshua Tyler Demshar comes to us from Magnolia, Texas. Josh’s journey to become the General Manager of Hearsay Gastro Lounge started behind our very own bar. His talent behind the bar and remarkable hard work was not over looked when a management position became available. Josh has been with Landmark Hospitality since early November 2012, with 17 years of restaurant and bar experience.

The creation of our craft cocktail menu derives from the extraordinary bartenders that have left their mark here at Hearsay Gastro Lounge. This establishment is fueled by the staff, Chef Kelly Boyds’ mastermind in the kitchen, history and upscale casual atmosphere.

Hearsay on the Green, our second location which opened in 2014, continues the Hearsay tradition with historical brick interior walls, a sweeping chandelier and modern industrial light fixtures throughout. Its menu includes both Hearsay staples and dishes uniquely crafted for its downtown patrons.

Born and raised in a military household, Brandon Millon-Carter had the opportunity to travel at a young age and witness different cultures, which gives him a great appreciation for different cuisines. As a young adult, he is a well accomplished bartender who garners the respect of his colleagues in the industry due to his ability to create once in a lifetime cocktails while providing superior service. He has been a part of the Landmark Hospitality Group since August of 2013, and since has established himself as a pillar of principles and has shown a commitment to excellence. In late August of 2016, he was awarded the title of General Manager at Hearsay on the Green where his beliefs in a high quality of service has been instilled into his staff.
